Why this tyre

What the sidewall actually tells you.

Treadwear 320

The UTQG treadwear index is a manufacturer-tested wear rating against a reference tyre. A higher number means the compound wears more slowly under the same test.

Key features

What the maker lists for this pattern

Asymmetric tread: firmer outer side for control, linear inner side for wet grip
Low rolling resistance silica compound aimed at EV range
Variable-pitch tread blocks to reduce road noise
Widened main grooves and 3D-cut sipes for wet performance

About this tyre

A quiet, efficient passenger tyre made for electric and hybrid cars. An asymmetric tread with a stiffer outer side and a silica-rich low rolling resistance compound aims to protect driving range, while variable-pitch blocks keep road noise down. Offered in 19 to 21 inch extra-load sizes.
